Give an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters & they’ll eventually write The Complete works of Shakespeare. But give some monkeys Twitter & even Shakespeare will bow before them…
We asked you for your ideas & you gave them to us. Here’s what’s going to happen next.
From now until the 2nd December 2011 people will be able to vote for which of the potential scenarios below they would most like to see created as a comic via the medium of twitter. Once the votes have been counted we will inform the winner & on the 3rd December 2011 the winner will provide the first tweet to set the scene. This tweet will be drawn into a panel by the hugely talented drawthor David Wynne. What happens after that is up to you. All you have to do is submit a tweet, with either plot of dialogue to move the story along. As panels are completed we’ll post them here so you can read along.
Follow the MOMBCOMICS, @jamesMOMB, @JonMOMB or @JaneMOMB for more details on the day.
The scenarios are:
A dog who eats all of James’ comics and becomes a super dog – contributed by @MikeDraws
On a cold winter’s morning a man awakens, face to the floor in an abandoned carpark with just his clothes, a spatula and amnesia – contributed by @keozen
A guy has different superpowers depending on what music he’s listening to – contributed by @WarwickJC (Supplemental: He turns into a supervillain whenever he hears Helter Skelter – @acheverton)
A man realises that the city in which he lives has a whole hidden part which he has never seen or entered – contributed by @tetrarchangel
A man joins a cult involving the worship of wheels of cheese – contributed by @milanmatejka
These are all pretty awesome ideas, and you can vote on your favourite in the poll to the right of this post! Get voting!

Assuming this does not scupper the chances of my idea getting a hearing, I love WJC’s idea!
Bloody Firefox. If I could vote, it’d be for the music idea. Somebody hit that button for me!
Hm… it only allows people one vote, but… you’re having problems in Firefox? Is anyone else having issues? Seems to be working in 8.0…
I shall give my vote to the super dog idea, because it is the only one that doesn’t feature ‘some guy’ as the protagonist.
Great reasoning! Make sure you input your choice into the poll, so we know that you’re counted!
I voted for the amnesiac in the carpark, since it seems to have the widest potential for what happens next.
