It’s my understanding that the $17,000 lawsuit that Marvel filed was a counterclaim after the bloke tried to sue them over the Ghost Rider film when he didn’t get what he thought he was entitled to as co-creator. If this is the case then I don’t really feel that sorry for the guy.

Trying to sue Disney over character copyright is like poking an angry bear with a stick… It’s just a matter of time before you lose an arm!
